Design
The first step is to decide on a wire frame for the newsletter, here are 3 templates we would encourage you to choose from.
Some of our customers have unique needs and require a more custom template. If this is the case let us know what you're after with some examples or suppling your own wire frame. It's good to keep your template as straightforward as possible, remembering that your newsletter should be a tool to generate more leads to your website, and not used to give away too much information. A header, one main content column, one side bar for additional information and a footer is generally all you need.
Once the wire frame is finalised a design will be supplied based off your current website or any branding material provided. This will be supplied as a flat image. We provide 1 revision for the design, a revision is a list of changes
Delivery
Once the wire frame and design is finished the ball is out of your court. Kintek will slice the design, test it in the major mail clients, and set it up in Send.kintek.com.au.
Our proccess includes 1 hour of free support for the first mail out, so we can help you and answer any questions you may have.
