Brainstorming
A brainstorming workshop will be scheduled between you and your assigned project team to further define the project
Project Definition Document (PDD)
We will break the project down into individual tasks in order to properly map the functionality and resources required.
Proposal
A detailed proposal will be produced for Phase 3. This will include a payment schedule, timeline and agreement.
Phase 3 | DEVELOPMENT
Visual Concepts
Draft visual designs will be created and refined as per feedback received
Wireframes
We will produce a number of wireframes to suggest how the site should be laid out in terms of usability.
Website Development
Your website will be developed as per the PDD and you will be able to follow progress online and provide feedback
Change Management
All requested changes to scope will be handled via our change management
procedure and extra costs may be incurred and the timeline impacted.
Quality Assurance Testing
Prior to launch, thorough testing will be the responsibility of both parties (you and Kintek).
Launch Site
Your web project will be officially launched to its public.
Phase 4 | SUPPORT
Implement Maintenance Plan
If regular support and updates are required, a maintenance plan can be established.
