Here are a few I regularly visit to follow the latest trends in the web design world and find inspiration for new designs:

Boxed CSS            CSS Heaven            CSS Mania            CSS Drive            CSS Based

The Kintek website features on CSS Heaven, CSS Mania and CSS Based.

You may notice that all of these resource websites contain the words 'css' in their title.  For those of you new to css, it stands for cascading style sheets and it is used to control the design and layout of your website.
